Conference Registration Fees

The full registration fee covers: access to all the conferences, the welcome cocktail, the coffee breaks, the gala dinner, the digital proceedings (including archiving, publication, and indexing), and the participation to all the scientific events under DataSys 2017.

In addition, the hotel has provided a group registration form that you can use in order to book hotel. This booking is done directly with the hotel.

Important: Please note that no refund on any service mentioned above will be issued after April 9, 2017 as all the services are ordered and paid when the registration form is received. No refunds are possible after the reviews are released. In case of emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter.

It is solely the responsibility of the participants and their corporations/universities to obtain the necessary travel visa. The association can only issue a support letter stating that a registered participant has an accepted paper and that the participant is expected to have an oral presentation.
